我是國1生 我最近在練臂力和腰力我想在3個月內盡我所能練出好身體我以伏地挺身和仰臥起坐練起不過總覺得伏地挺身練起來不太確實偶爾會偷個懶 感覺沒什麼效果有專家說練肌肉是刺激肌肉 不是破壞肌肉所以練到部位會酸1~2天時要休息個2~3天 且肌肉會在休息這段時間內成長請問怎樣才能練�
